汽轮发电机组框架式基础模型的模态试验研究

摘要
采用模型模态试验方法对汽轮发电机组框架式基础的振动特性进行了研究。根据相似理论建立了某电厂 60 0 MW大型汽轮发电机组框架式基础的 2 0∶ 1模型 ,采用锤击法对该结构进行了三维模态分析 ,并将试验结果同 ALGOR FEAS有限元软件分析结果作了比较 ,两者很好地吻合 ,表明理论分析模型的可行性 ,研究结果将为采用理论方法分析汽轮发电机组框架式基础的振动特性提供依据。图 4参 5
In this paper, the vibration characteristics of frame foundation for steam turbine generator set is performed by model modal test method. A model (scale is 20∶1) of frame foundation for a 600MW steam turbine generator set is built according to similarity theory, then the three dimensional modal analysis is carried out by hammering method. The results are compared with the theoretical results which are calculated by ALGOR FEAS. The comparation proves that they are very consistent, so theoretical method is reliable in analyzing the vibration characteristics of frame foundation for steam turbine generator set.
