装配式大板结构竖向齿槽接缝受剪承载力设计

摘要
旨在建立装配式钢筋混凝土(PBP)结构竖向齿槽接缝考虑接缝宽度及接缝配筋率变化的抗剪承载力计算公式和验算公式。以接缝处配筋率和接缝宽度为参数,对18榀试件进行低周反复荷载作用下试验,分析接缝的破坏过程,研究接合筋及接缝宽度对混凝土接缝抗剪强度的影响。认为接合筋、接缝混凝土分别通过压力摩擦机理和斜压杆机理来提供抗剪强度;接缝抗剪强度随接缝处配筋率增大而增大,而与接缝宽度成非线性关系。所提建议公式与试验结果吻合较好,为工程设计提供了借鉴依据。
The shear capacity of vertical-grooved connection in PBP structures is studied. A formula used to calculate the shear capacity is proposed in the paper. It is to be considered with the connection width and the reinforcement ratio. Eighteen pieces of specimens are made with different ratios and connection widths. It is tested under repeated low-cycle load. The failure process of the connection is analyzed. It is found that the shear capacity is increased with the reinforcement ratio but varied nonlinearly with the connection width. It is shown that the theoretical values are in good agreement with that of the test one.
