某砌体房屋的抗震鉴定

摘要
就现有的房屋建筑进行抗震鉴定,对于保证房屋建筑的抗震性能和安全非常重要。抗震鉴定方法可分为两级,第一级鉴定以宏观控制和构造鉴定为主进行综合评价,而多层砌体房屋采用综合抗震能力指数的方法。实践证明,抗震鉴定方法参考与推广。
It is very important for ensuring the ability of anti-seismic and the safety of the existing buildings to carry out the evaluation for anti-seismic. The method about anti-seismic evaluation may be divided into two grades, the method of the first grade rely mainly on macro-control and construction evaluation; while the method of the evaluation for the multi-story masonry building is composite index of the ability of anti-seismic. It has been provided that the method about anti-seismic evaluation is worth consulting and spreading.
