热处理对CuZnAl形状记忆合金塑性滞回耗能的影响

摘要
利用WDW - 2 0 0型微机控制电子式万能试验机测试了不同热处理条件下CuZnAl形状记忆合金 (MS=5 0℃ )的应力 -应变曲线。试验结果表明 :水淬和油淬后时效 7h的合金滞回面积最大 ,耗能性能最好 ;分级淬火后时效 10h的合金滞回面积最小 ,耗能性能最差。对CuZnAl形状记忆合金耗能器进行 2层框架结构的减振试验 ,试验结果表明 :CuZnAl形状记忆合金耗能器具有较强的耗能能力 ,装有CuZnAl形状记忆合金耗能器的框架结构振动衰减比未安装的要快的多 ,其衰减时间仅为未安装的十分之一。
The force-deformation curves of CuZnAl SMA, which were treated by different heat-treatment processes and whose transformation temperature M s are 50℃, were measured with the help of WDW200-type electronic universal testing machine. The result showed that the areas of their hysteretic loops of the water-quenched and oil-quenched alloys aged for 7 hours were the largest and have the best hysteretic property; The hysteretic area of the step-quenched alloys aged for 10h was the smallest and hysteretic property was the worst. A CuZnAl SMA damper has been tested in a two-storey frame-structure as a vibration controller. The vibration experiments were analyzed. The experiment results showed that the CuZnAl SMA dampers have better damping property. The vibration attenuation of frame structure with CuZnAl SMA damper was much faster than that without it, and with the help of CuZnAl SMA damper,the attenuation period reduced to 1/10 of the original.
