新型钢框架梁柱节点抗震性能试验研究

摘要
根据钢框架强柱弱梁的抗震设计原则,按照有效控制梁上塑性铰位置的思路,采用在梁腹板进行开孔削弱的节点形式促成塑性铰的形成,进行了反复荷载历程下的五组试件破坏试验,测试了构件相关的力学性能,探讨了梁柱节点的滞回性能及其极限承载力。结果表明,采用腹板开孔的构造形式,可以控制节点处的塑性铰形成位置,降低了连接焊缝发生脆性破坏的可能性,较大程度地改善了节点抗震性能。
According to anti-seismic design principle of strong column and weak beam, the position of plastic hinge of beam in steel frames should be controlled effectively.A new type connection that is weakened by making a hole in the web of the beam has been presented in this paper. Five groups of tests under cyclic loading are carried out. The sectional stress distribution, the hysteretic behavior and ultimate bearing capacity of the tested specimens are discussed. It is found that the hole made in the web of the beam can alleviate the tri-axial stress state of the connection and reduce the possibility of fragility damage of weld, which improve the anti-seismic performance of the connection.
