摘要

对设置轴向波纹补偿器的管道进行了分析,给出了管道支架推力的计算方法及计算公式。对波纹补偿器的应用特点进行了讨论,对管架间距的计算方法进行了论述。提出了减少管架推力的主要措施,指出了波纹补偿器安装施工过程中应注意的事项。
As for the pipeline with axial bellow expansion joints, the calculation formulas for thrust of pipeline bracket were given. The application features of bellow expansion joints and the calculation method of spacings among brackets were discussed. The main measures to reduce the thrust of brackets were proposed. The attentions should be paid for installing axial bellows expansion joints were pointed out.
