多因素耦合钻井液密度窗口随钻监测技术研究与应用

摘要
随钻监测钻井液密度窗口对钻井现场施工来说具有极其重要的意义。通过测量岩屑的声波时差和渗透率及膜效率等参数,利用岩石的声学性质与力学参数的关系得到地层岩石的力学参数,结合地应力参数,得到井壁周围岩石的应力分布,计算出地层的坍塌压力和破裂压力。在建立流-固-化耦合作用下泥页岩井壁稳定分析模型的基础上,开发出了流-固-化耦合作用下泥页岩地层钻井液密度窗口随钻监测软件LSC-Mud weight moni-tor,并对涠洲油田涠二段泥页岩进行了钻井液密度窗口的监测,与未利用该软件前相比,钻井速度得到大幅提高。
Mud weight monitoring is very important for drilling.Through measuring cuttings acoustic velocity,permeability and membrane efficiency,the wellbore stress distribution,the formation collapse pressure and fracture pressure were obtained using the formation rock mechanics parameters calculated by rock acoustic characteristics and mechanics parameters.Based on the analysis of the mudstone wellbore stability model coupled fluid-solid-chemical,a package LSC-MUD WEIGHT MONITOR was developed, and also used to monitor the mud weight in Wei-2 section in Weizhou Oilfield.The rate of penetration was improved compared to without using this package.
