摘要
以乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)和威达美丙烯基弹性体(POP)为主要材料进行熔融共混,研究其配比对共混体系的流变性能、力学性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明,随着POP用量增加,该共混体系的平衡扭矩由1N·m上升到16N·m,熔体流动指数由26.79g/10min下降到0.06g/10min上;拉伸强度、撕裂强度和断裂伸长率呈现先减小然后上升的变化趋势,与SEM微观结构中分散相和连续相的变化规律存在对应关系,当POP含量超过50%时,脆冷断面形貌出现明显褶皱,力学性能得到改善。
        Melt blending of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) and Vistamaxx propylene-based elastomer(POP) was carried out to study the effects of the ratio of the two materials on the rheological properties,mechanical properties and microstructure of the mixed system. The results showed that with the increase of POP content,the equilibrium torque of the blend increasesd from 1 N·m to 16 N·m,and the melt flow index decreased from 26.79 g/10 min to 0.06 g/10 min,the tensile strength,the tear strength and the elongation at break show a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,which is consistent with the changes of the dispersed phase and the continuous phase by the SEM microstructure. When the POP content exceeded 50%,the brittle cold section had obvious wrinkles and the mechanical properties were improved.
