摘要
超滤膜组件膜底部设置曝气吹扫装置,通过吹扫曝气装置形成气泡,对膜进行冲刷、抖动。本文通过对曝气的气量、曝气方式、曝气时间间隔等条件的合理设置,有效减缓污泥在膜丝表面附着沉积的速度。本文脉冲曝气方式,可促进管内的污泥排出,减缓污泥对曝气系统的封堵影响,减少曝气系统清洗频次,确保曝气系统长期稳定运行。
An aeration purging device is arranged at the membrane bottom of the ultrafiltration membrane module, and bubbles are formed by purging the aeration device to wash and shake the membrane. This paper studies the reasonable setting of aeration gas volume, aeration mode, aeration time interval and other conditions, which can effectively slow down the deposition rate of sludge on the surface of the membrane. The intermission aeration method can promote the sludge discharge in the pipe, slow down the plugging effect of the sludge on the aeration system, reduce the cleaning frequency of the aeration system and ensure the long-term stable operation of the aeration system.
