摘要

文章以宁德市农村地籍和房屋调查工作为例,采取调查、咨询及分析等方法,从行政机构、农民、作业技术单位等参与者的视角分析研究山区地方在实践工作中遇到的问题,同时结合所收集的各地典型解决方法,提出对策建议:合理测算经费,最充分最佳地使用经费;重点突出权属调查;以不动产登记为导向规范调查成果;确保调查成果质量。
        Taking the rural cadaster and housing investigation in Ningde City as an example, this paper takes investigation, consultation,analysis and other methods to analyze the problems encountered in the practice of mountain areas from the perspectives of the participants, which includes administrative agencies, farmers, operating technical units, etc. At the same time, combined with the typical solutions collected in various places, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as: reasonable calculating funds and making the best use of funds; focusing on the ownership investigation; standardizing the investigation results guided by the real estate registration; and ensuring the quality of the investigation results.
