摘要

自习近平在庆祝海南建省办经济特区30周年大会上的讲话提出"支持海南建设现代化海洋牧场",海南省就如何建设符合海南实际的现代化海洋牧场展开深入探讨。本文基于对山东省海洋牧场示范区建设管理的调研,在客观分析海南省海洋牧场建设现状和存在问题后,根据山东省十几年海洋牧场建设经验,提出有针对性的海南省现代化海洋牧场的发展思路,为海南省海洋牧场建设、运营、管理提供参照。
        Based on the investigation of marine ranching construction and management in Shandong Province,this paper objectively analyzed the current situation and existing problems of marine pasture construction in Hainan Province.Furthermore,based on the experience of marine ranching construction in Shandong Province for more than ten years,the development ideas of modern ranching pasture in Hainan Province were put forward to provide reference for the construction,operation and management of marine ranching in Hainan Province.
