摘要

为了适应煤炭行业发展需求,适应数字化矿山发展新需要,以"工匠精神"作为切入点,以先进煤矿企业相关负责人、毕业生为调研对象,通过走访及问卷调查的形式得出调研结果,并给出相关结论。
        In order to meet the development demand of coal industry and digital mine, "craftsmanship " was taken as the starting point,meanwhile the relevant person in charge of the advanced coal mine enterprise and the graduate were taken as the research object,the research results of the survey and relevant conclusions were obtained by the meathods of interviews and questionnaires.
