摘要
生态敏感性评估是海绵城市规划和建设的基础,也是进行海绵城市格局划分的依据。本文基于北京市平谷区土地利用、高程、水系等基本信息,借助ArcGIS平台,对平谷区"山、水、林、田、湖"等海绵基础条件进行了梳理,采用层次分析法和专家打分法对水敏感因子、地质敏感因子、生物敏感因子赋予权重,综合得出平谷全区敏感性,并划分出低—高五级生态敏感性分区,其中低敏感性区主要位于平原区,较低敏感性区主要位于平原区和浅山区交界处,中敏感性区主要位于浅山区,较高敏感性区主要位于浅山区和深山区交界处,高敏感性区域主要位于深山区。
        Evaluation of ecological sensitivity is the basis of Sponge City planning and construction, and also the basis of the pattern division of Sponge City. In this paper, we used ArcGIS platform to distinguish the mountain, water, forest, farmland,lake and other parameters to analysis the condition of Sponge City after we collected the data of the land use, DEM, rivers,and etc. And then, we used APH and expert scoring method to give weight to water sensitive factors, geological sensitive factors, and biological sensitive factors separately and derived the sensitivity of Pinggu and classify the low to high five level ecological sensitivity zones. The low-sensitivity area is mainly located in the plain area, the lower sensitive area at the junction of the plain area and the shallow mountainous area, the middle sensitive area in the shallow mountainous area, and the high sensitive area at the junction of the shallow mountainous area and the deep mountainous area, and the highly sensitive area mainly located in the deep mountain area.
