青岛市船舶废气排放清单及应用

摘要
基于AIS的数据基础运用动力法编制了2016年青岛市港口船舶废气排放清单,并分析了其空间排放特征、不同船舶类型排放特征及不同工况下的排放特征;基线内加基线外12海里以内船舶SO_2、NO_x、PM_(10)、PM_(2.5)、HC、CO排放量分别为1.56、2.34、0.21、0.18、0.09、0.17万t。船舶排放各污染物排放强度最高的区域集中在主航道、港口以及锚地。排放占比较大的船舶类型依次为集装箱船、渔船和油轮。船舶在巡航和停泊工况下的污染排放占比最高,分别为40%~44%和23%~46%;而机动操作状态时的排放占比较低,达到14%~37%。运用WRF-CMAQ模式模拟分析了青岛港船舶废气排放对市环境空气质量的影响,基线内加基线外12海里以内船舶排放对青岛市SO_2、NO_2、PM_(2.5)的贡献比例分别达到15.96%、12.47%、4.09%,贡献浓度分别为3.12、4.02、1.84μg/m~3。
        Based on AIS data,ship emission inventory of the Qingdao Port in 2016 was compiled by using activity-based approach,and its spatial emission characteristics,emission characteristics of different ship types and emission characteristics under different working conditions were analyzed.The emissions of SO_2,NO_x,PM_(10),PM_(2.5),HC,CO of ships within baseline and 12 nautical miles outside baseline were 15 600,23 400,2 100,1 800,900,and 1 700 tons,respectively.The areas with the highest emission intensity of pollutants were concentrated in the main channel,port and anchorage.The main types of ships with larger emissions were container ships,fishing vessels and oil tankers in sequence.Ship emissions in cruising and berthing conditions were the highest,accounting for 40% to 44% and 23% to 46% respectively,while the maneuvering conditions were lower,accounting for 14% to 37%.WRF-CMAQ model was used to simulate and analyze the impact of ship emissions from Qingdao Port on the ambient air quality of Qingdao.The contribution ratios of ship emissions within baseline and 12 nautical miles outside baseline to SO_2,NO_2 and PM_(2.5) in Qingdao reached 15.96%,12.47% and 4.09%,respectively.The contribution concentrations respectively were 3.12,4.02,and 1.84 μg/m~3.
