摘要
为满足三沙市永兴岛上的居民生活用水需求,根据海岛特点,在岛上新建海水淡化厂,利用海水作为水源直接供应清水。水厂设计规模1 000 m~3/d,采用斜管沉淀-超滤-反渗透-再矿化的净水处理工艺。其中沉淀表面负荷为1.46 m~3/(m~2·h);超滤设计通量为30 L/(m~2·h),回收率90%;采用二级反渗透,其中一级反渗透设计产水通量0.60 m~3/(h·支),最大压力6.5 MPa,二级反渗透设计产水通量0.90 m~3/(h·支),最大压力12.5 MPa;反渗透产水采用投加CaCl_2和NaHCO_3进行再矿化。建成后运行产水水质满足国标要求,饮用口感良好,电耗约3.5 kW·h/m~3。
        A new water treatment plant which intakes seawater as raw water is to be established on the island of Sansha on the basis of the island characteristics, in order to satisfy the domestic water demand on the island. The capacity was designed to be 1 000 m~3/d, whereas inclined tube sedimentation, ultra-filtration, reverse osmosis and re-mineralization were adopted as the treatment process. Surface loading rate of sedimentation was 1.46 m~3/(m~2·h) while 30 L/(m~2·h) for the UF design flux and 90% for recovery rate. Design permeate flux of primary RO was set to be 0.60 m~3/(h·set), maximum pressure was 6.5 MPa; Design permeate flux of secondary RO was set to be 0.90 m~3/(h·set), maximum pressure was 12.5 MPa. CaCl_2 and NaHCO_3 were dosed in the procedure of re-mineralization. The produced water has met the national standard of water quality with satisfactory taste, meanwhile the power consumption was about 3.5 kW·h/m~3 water produced.
