摘要
在钢坯连铸生产过程中,结晶器在线快速调宽技术是提高生产效率和金属收得率的关键。对现有的几种结晶器调宽方式进行了对比分析。对电液步进液压缸的结构特点、工作原理、特性及应用进行了详细介绍。设计了一种基于电液步进缸控制的结晶器调宽系统。改进后的结晶器调宽系统可以满足在线快速调宽要求,电控系统采用开环控制,简单可靠。具有控制精度高,响应速度快,抗干扰能力强,易于维护和故障率低等特点。经过一年半的热负荷运行,各项性能指标均达到设计要求。
In the production process of billet continuous casting, the rapid width adjustment of mould on line is the key to improve production efficiency and metal yield. Several methods of width adjustment of mould are compared and analyzed. The structure, working principle,characteristics and application of electro-hydraulic stepping hydraulic cylinder are introduced in detail. The improved mould width adjustment control system can meet the requirements of online rapid width adjustment with high control accuracy, fast response speed, strong antiinterference ability, easy maintenance and low fault rate. Electronic control system adopts open loop control, simple and reliable.
