摘要

研究的主旨和目的是在矿产资源开发利用过程中落实生态文明建设的总体要求,坚持节约优先、保护优先、自然恢复为主的基本方针,坚持绿色发展、循环发展、低碳发展的基本途径。通过进一步优化国土空间开发格局,进一步加大自然生态系统和环境保护工作力度,达到既开发金山银山、又保护绿水青山的规划目标。
        The purport and purpose of this study is to implement the overall requirements of ecological civilization construction in the process of exploitation and utilization of mineral resources,adhere to the basic policy of saving priority,protection priority and natural recovery,and adhere to the basic ways of green development,circular development and low-carbon development.By further optimizing the pattern of land and space development,we should further strengthen the work of natural ecosystem and environmental protection,so as to achieve the planning goal of developing Jinshan Yinshan and protecting green water Castle peak.
