摘要

公平正义是中国特色社会主义的内在要求,也是人与自然和谐共生得以实现的理论基础。将公平正义思想贯穿于我国生态文明建设是我们进行中国特色社会主义建设的重要内容。深入探析并把握当前我国生态文明建设中存在的区域生态非正义、城乡生态非正义、群体生态非正义等问题,通过阐述新时代生态正义思想的科学内涵,指出新时代的生态正义思想对我国生态文明建设的指导意义,探寻我国生态文明建设的未来方略。
        Fairness and justice are the inherent requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the theoretical basis for the harmonious coexistence of man and nature,which is an important content for us to build socialism with Chinese characteristics to run the idea of fairness and justice through the construction of ecological civilization in China.This paper probes deeply into and grasps the problems of regional ecological injustice,urban and rural ecological injustice and group ecological injustice existing in the construction of ecological civilization in our country,and expounds the scientific connotation of ecological justice thought in the new era,namely, "the relationship between man and nature", "the strategy of rural revitalization", "ecological poverty alleviation", "ecological compensation mechanism",and "peoplecentered" ecological justice thoughts such as "community of human destiny".Then,it points out the guiding significance of ecological justice in the new era to the construction of ecological civilization in China,and then explores the future strategy of the construction of ecological civilization in China.
