摘要
针对煤矿井下钻机以液压传动、功能实现为主的不足,结合未来钻孔施工"机械化换人,自动化减人"的需求,提出了采用整体式履带布局的自动化井下坑道钻机的设计思路,制定了钻机总体结构与方案,研制了主动钻杆式无卡盘回转器、夹持卸扣装置、自动调角和可控钻进的给进装置、自动加杆装置等关键执行机构,开发了参数监测系统和多功能电液控制系统。在地面进行了实钻试验,单根钻杆从自动加杆到钻进完成耗时约55 s,单根钻杆自动卸杆耗时约50 s,验证了钻机的技术性能,试验结果表明:自动化钻机性能可靠、功能完善、自动化程度高、工人劳动强度低。
        In view of the shortage of hydraulic transmission and function realization of underground drilling rig in coal mine,combined with the demand of"mechanized replacement,automatic reduction"in drilling construction in the future,the design idea of automatic underground tunnel drill with integral crawler layout is put forward.The overall structure and scheme of drilling rig are worked out,and the key actuators,such as active drill pipe type chuck slewing device,clamping and unloading device,automatic angle adjusting and controllable drilling feed device,automatic rod adding device and othars,are developed.A parameter monitoring system and a multi-function electrohydraulic control system are developed.The technical performance of the drill is verified by drilling test on the ground,in which about 55 s for a single drill pipe to complete the drilling and about 50 s for automatic unloading.The test results show that the performance of automatic drill is reliable and the function is perfect,high degree of automation,low labor intensity of workers.
