聚合物驱生产井流压特征规律分析及影响因素研究

摘要
针对大庆油田聚合物驱工业化区块生产井流压调整方法尚不明确的问题,从聚合物驱油渗流机理入手,结合数值模拟和现场资料统计,对聚合物驱过程中流压变化规律及影响因素进行研究。研究结果表明:在采聚浓度迅速上升时聚合物驱生产井流压开始下降并稳定在低值,含水回升阶段流压缓慢回升;地层压力越低,生产井流压越低;渗透率越高的生产井,流压越高,生产井非均质性越强,见聚越早,流压下降的时间也越早。对于注采完善、油层条件好的生产井,流压越低越好;对于注采不完善、油层条件差的生产井,应提液生产使压力分布均衡。应用上述方法,对聚合物驱二类区块的生产井流压进行调控,调整后区块压力系统分布均衡合理,聚合物驱效果显著。该研究对聚合物驱见效阶段提液上产、注采关系调整具有重要意义。
        In order to determine the reasonable well flowing pressure adjustment program for the industrialized block with polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield,polymer flooding mechanism,numerical simulation and field data statistics were adopted to analyze the flowing pressure performance and its influencing factors during polymer flooding.Result indicates that the flooding pressure of the production well during polymer flooding begins to decreases and stabilizes at a low value when there is a rapid increase of the collected polymer concentration,and the flowing pressure slowly rises with the increase of water-cut. The flowing pressure of production well decreases with the decrease of formation pressure. The flowing pressure of production well increases with the increase of reservoir permeability.The more heterogeneous the production well is and the earlier the polymer breakthrough is,the earlier the flowing pressure declines. The flowing pressure should be maintained in a low level for the production well with perfect injection-production system and high-quality reservoir. Liquid extraction is recommended to balance the pressure distribution for the production well with imperfect injection-production system and low-quality reservoir. It was applied to adjustment the production well flowing pressure for the class-II block with polymer flooding. The adjustment shows a balance pressure distribution and a favorable polymer flooding performance. This research is of great significance for the liquid extraction during responding stage and injection-production adjustment during polymer flooding stage.
