摘要

[目的]乡村旅游集聚是乡村旅游发展到一定阶段的产物,有利于提升乡村旅游业的区域竞争力,同时,产业集聚作为重要的经济现象,探讨集群过程中涉及的不同利益主体及对乡村旅游的贡献,对乡村旅游的可持续发展具有重要意义。[方法]以乡村旅游大省四川省为研究对象,建立旅游企业、农户和政府三者的集合,通过合作博弈论以及Shapley值分析乡村旅游集聚过程各参与者的贡献率。[结果] V(F)=V (P)=V (G)=0,V (FP)=60,V (FG)=70,V (PG)=60,V (FPG)=80,说明旅游企业、农户和政府的联盟可以获得最大的集聚度。同时,Shapley值结果表明,旅游企业、农户和政府经过合作后的集聚度均有所提高,且在旅游企业、农户和政府三方合作博弈的前提下,旅游企业、农户和政府对合作均做出了贡献。其贡献程度从大到小,依次为旅游企业、政府和农户。[结论]四川省乡村旅游发展过程中应充分利用旅游企业、农户和政府的合作联盟,有效提高其集聚度,实现乡村旅游集聚和各个参与者的双赢。
        Rural tourism agglomeration is a product of rural tourism development to a certain stage,which is conducive to enhancing the regional competitiveness of rural tourism. At the same time,industrial agglomeration is an important economic phenomenon. It is of great significance for the sustainable development of rural tourism to discuss the different stakeholders involved in the process of cluster and their contribution to rural tourism. Taking Sichuan province,a large rural tourism province,as the research object,and this study established the relation of tourism enterprises,farmers and government,moreover,the contribution rate of each participant in the rural tourism agglomeration process was analyzed by cooperative game theory and Shapley value. V (F) = V (P) = V (G)= 0,V (FP) = 60,V (FG) = 70,V (PG) = 60,V (FPG) = 80,which showed that the alliance among tourism enterprises,farmers and the government could obtain the greatest degree of concentration. Meanwhile,the Shapley value showed that the concentration of tourism enterprises,farmers and the government had increased after cooperation,what's more,under the premise of cooperation between tourism enterprises,farmers and the government which had contributed to cooperation and their contributions are in turn tourism enterprises,governments and farmers from the largest to the smallest. It' s proved that the cooperative alliances among tourism enterprises,farmers and governments should be fully utilized to effectively improve the agglomeration degree and achieve a win-win situation for rural tourism agglomeration and all participants in the process of rural tourism development in Sichuan province.
