摘要

随着水污染的加剧和可利用水资源的减少,人们意识到供水面临严峻的考验,城市化进程的加速,对水资源的需求量不断增大。中国水资源有限,又是人口大国,水资源的人均占有量远不能满足人们的实际需求,平衡经济发展和生态环境之间的关系十分重要,深入分析水资源面临的主要问题,本着科学、合理。可持续发展的理念寻求合理的解决办法,最大限度地保护有限的水资源,将其使用价值最大化。
        With the aggravation of water pollution and the decrease of available water resources, people realize that water supply is facing a severe test. With the acceleration of urbanization, the demand for water resources is increasing. China has limited water resources and a large population. The per capita possession of water resources is far from meeting people's actual needs. It is very important to balance the relationship between economic development and ecological environment. The concept of sustainable development seeks reasonable solutions to maximize the protection of limited water resources and maximize their use value.
