摘要
以北京高碑店再生水厂污水区升级改造为例,分析大型污水处理厂升级改造方案及运行优化效果。为强化二级处理生物脱氮除磷效果,控制二沉出水TN浓度在20mg/L以下,该升级改造工程主要包括:改造部分初沉池为预缺氧池与厌氧池、增设生物池内回流设施、转换好氧池末端为消氧区、增设多点碳源投加等。此外,还探讨分析了该升级改造工艺的运行优化措施,完善了升级改造工艺及其相关影响的系统性,最大程度发挥该升级改造工艺的潜力和效果,为其在大型污水处理厂升级改造中进行推广复制提供实际案例支撑。
        Taking the upgrading reconstruction of sewage treatment area of Gaobeidian Reclaimed Water Plant in Beijing as an example,this paper analyzed the upgrading scheme of large-scale sewage treatment plant and operation optimizing effect.In order to strengthen the effect of biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal by secondary treatment and control TN concentration of secondary effluent below 20 mg/L,the upgrading reconstruction project mainly includes transforming some primary sedimentation tanks into pre-anoxic and anaerobic tanks,adding internal reflux facilities in biological tanks,converting the end of aerobic tanks to oxygen elimination zone,adding multi-point carbon source.In addition,the operation optimizing measures of the upgrading process are discussed and analyzed.The upgrading process and its related effects are improved systematically.The potential and effect of the upgrading process are brought into full play to provide practical case support for the promotion and replication of the upgrading process in large-scale sewage plants.
