摘要
高速公路建设在拉动国民经济需求、改善人们生活水平的同时占用了大量优质耕地,制约着区域耕地占补平衡战略顺利实施。全面推进公路施工前期的耕作层土壤剥离及后期再利用工作已成为建设高质量、高水平、绿色交通的关键因素。在归纳分析高速公路建设和耕作层土壤剥离利用组合工程特征的基础上,结合文献资料整理及相关案例跟踪,总结出利用剥离的耕植土服务于高速公路主体工程绿化、临时工程复垦和沿线土地整治的覆土模式,为落实耕作层土壤再利用,建设经济型、生态型和稳定型高速公路提供借鉴。
The construction of expressway occupies a large amount of high-quality arable land while stimulating the needs of the national economy and improving people's living standards,which restricts the smooth implementation of the regional arable land occupation and compensation strategy.Comprehensively promoting the soil stripping and later reuse of the tillage layer in the early stage of expressway construction has become a key factor in the construction of high quality,high level and green traffic corridors.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the characteristics of combined engineering of expressway construction and tillage layer soil stripping and utilization,combined with literature data sorting and related case tracking,in this paper,the mode of using stripped cultivated soil to serve for expressway main project greening,temporary engineering reclamation and land consolidation along the route is concluded.The land-covering models provide reference for the implementation of soil reuse in the tillage layer and the construction of economic,ecological and stable expressway.
