摘要

本文在保障数据安全和保密的前提下,通过分析当前数据汇交现状和技术,探讨了原国土资源不同网络之间多种数据汇交机制优缺点,并给出省、市、县三级之间作为承上启下的原市级国土部门理想的数据汇交机制。
        Under the premise of ensuring data security and confidentiality, this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the various data exchange mechanisms between different networks of the land resources by analyzing the current data exchange status and technology. It also gives the ideal data exchange mechanism between the provincial, city and county as the link of the land departments at the municipal level.
