摘要
骨架作为汽车搬运车零部件的安装平台和精度基准,其结构刚度与强度直接关系到搬运车的性能。以某汽车搬运车骨架为研究对象,采用通用大型有限元分析软件HyperMesh建立其力学仿真模型,进行了自重分析、负载分析以及负载条件下的加速度分析,得到相应的结构强度、刚度响应和安全裕度数据。分析结果表明:该汽车搬运车骨架的结构设计满足环境设计要求。
The frame is the installation platform and precision benchmark of an automobile porter.The stiffness and strength of the frame will directly influence the performances of automobile porter.Based on the frame structure of an automobile porter and using the general finite element analysis software HyperMesh,the self-weight analysis,load analysis and acceleration overload analysis are conducted,and the structure strength,stiffness response and safety margin of the frame structure are obtained.It is shown that the structure design of the frame of the automobile porter can satisfy the strength requirement.
