摘要

根据新的环保文件的相关要求,结合印染项目环评工作经历,建议印染行业环境影响评价应从印染行业准入条件、产能核算、评价标准、污染治理措施、恶臭影响、自行监测计划等方面重点分析,同时做好与纺织印染行业排污许可申请于技术核发规范的衔接,为项目审批、企业填报排污许可、管理部门核准排污许可提供技术支持。
        According to the relevant requirements of the new environmental protection document, combined with the environmental assessment work experience of printing and dyeing projects, it is suggested that the environmental impact assessment of the printing and dyeing industry should be analyzed in terms of access conditions, production capacity accounting, evaluation criteria, pollution control measures, odor effects, and self-monitoring plans in the printing and dyeing industry. At the same time do a good job with the textile printing and dyeing industry in the application of emission permits in the application of technology to regulate the connection, for the project approval, enterprises fill in the sewage permit, the management department to approve the emission permit to provide technical support.
