混酸对中低品位伴生稀土磷矿酸浸过滤的影响研究

摘要
以含稀土中低品位磷矿为研究对象,采用盐酸和硫酸的混合酸浸出磷矿中的五氧化二磷和稀土,考察了酸矿比、氯化钠加入量、酸浸温度、混合酸中硫酸含量和酸浸时间对酸浸渣过滤强度的影响。结果表明,在酸矿比为2.5、氯化钠加入量为40 kg/t矿粉、酸浸温度为60℃、混合酸中硫酸含量为1.7%和酸浸时间为120 min的条件下,酸浸渣过滤强度可达34 kg·m~(-2)·h~(-1)以上,稀土浸出率可达96%以上,五氧化二磷浸出率可达98%以上。
        The effect of acid-ore ratio, sodium chloride dosage, acid leaching temperature, sulfuric acid content in mixed acid and acid leaching time on the filtration strength of acid leaching residue was investigated. The results show that under the conditions of acid-ore ratio 2.5, sodium chloride dosage 40 kg/t ore powder, acid leaching temperature 60 ℃, sulfuric acid content 1.7% in mixed acid and acid leaching time 120 min, the filtration strength of acid leaching residue can reach more than 34 kg·m~(-2)·h~(-1), rare earth leaching rate can reach more than 96%, and phosphorus pentoxide leaching rate can reach more than 98%.
