摘要
无轨胶轮车失速保护装置是矿井采用无轨胶轮车斜巷中辅助运输时必不可少的安全保护装置,随着无轨胶轮车失速保护系统装置的研究,基于航母舰载机着舰阻拦索拦阻制动方式的矿井无轨胶轮车失速保护拦阻系统已逐渐应用于矿井,本文基于对失速车辆被拦阻后动力学特性的分析,对拦阻钢丝绳拉力与拦阻速度、制动距离和减速度相互之间的关系进行了研究,提出了拦阻速度、拦阻装置设置间距的计算式,可供矿井安全工程设计时参考。
The trackless rubber wheel stall protection device is an indispensable protection device for the mine to adopt the auxiliary transportation of the trackless rubber wheel inclined roadway. With the research of the trackless rubber wheel stall protection system device, the stall protection and arrest system of trackless rubber wheel vehicle in mine based on the landing and blocking and braking mode of aircraft carrier aircraft has been gradually applied in mine. Based on the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the stalled vehicle after being blocked, the tensile and blocking speed, braking distance and deceleration of the blocking wire rope were blocked. The relationship between arresting wire rope tension and arresting speed, braking distance and reducing speed is studied, providing reference for the design of mine safety engineering.
