摘要
本文根据矿山工程现场实地工作情况,采用先进创新技术,并充将PLC控制技术、网络通讯技术、视频监控技术、仪器仪表应用技术等运用其中。通过搭建以太网控制网络,将各分散系统接入到智能化矿山水循环处理数据中心工控系统交换机,该系统利用PLC控制实现了地表水系统范围内设备的远程集中控制,矿山工程的大型设备需要水循环系统,同时通过视频监控系统,做到矿山工作区范围内视频信号的全覆盖,在数据中心统一平台下,利用后台监控画面的融合功能,历史曲线查询等功能,由专业的调度操作人员进行远程集中管控。矿山水循环系统主要功能包括工艺设备的远程启停控制,生产数据的曲线显示,生产参数的远程设定,历史曲线查询等功能。
        According to the field work of mine engineering, this paper adopts advanced and innovative technology, and makes full use of PLC control technology, network communication technology, video surveillance technology, instrument application technology and so on. By building the Ethernet control network, the decentralized systems are connected to the industrial control system switch of the intelligent mine water circulation data center. The system realizes the remote centralized control of equipment within the surface water system by using PLC control. The large-scale equipment of mine engineering needs the water circulation system. At the same time, the video monitoring system is used. Under the unified platform of data center, the remote centralized control is carried out by professional dispatching operators by utilizing the functions of fusion of background monitoring pictures and query of historical curves. The main functions of mine water circulation system include remote start-up and shutdown control of process equipment, curve display of production data,remote setting of production parameters, query of historical curve and other functions.
