摘要
本项目为35层高层建筑,2层地下室,位于广州市荔湾区,该区域分布有大面积可溶岩,溶土洞发育。原始基础方案为大直径灌注桩,桩端要求穿过溶洞发育区进入稳定基岩,导致设计桩长过长,在项目实施时遇到塌孔、漏浆等问题,难以进一步开展。经反复计算论证,采用CFG复合地基满足设计要求,代替之前的基础方案;同时主体建设时,在建筑关键位置布置了多个沉降监测点,基于两年的监测数据分析,建筑主体的沉降均小于10.0 mm,最大差异沉降仅为1.75 mm;结果表明,CFG桩复合地基可作为岩溶发育区高层建筑基础方案,供相关工程借鉴。
The project has a two-story basement on the 35-story high-rise building,located in Liwan District,Guangzhou.There is a large area of soluble rock in the Fangcun area of Liwan District,Guangzhou.The dissolved soil cave is developed.The basic scheme of the traditional cast-in-place pile encounters problems such as collapse and leakage during construction,etc.,which is difficult to carry out.After several rounds of repeated calculation to ensure the smooth construction of the building foundation,the CFG composite foundation design is adopted and it will replace the previous basic scheme.Through the monitoring of the main settlement of the building,the settlement data obtained are all less than 10 mm,the maximum differential settlement is only 1.75 mm,which verifies the feasibility of using the CFG pile composite foundation as a high-rise foundation in the karst development zone,for peer reference.
