摘要
管道刮板输送机运行阻力主要由散料重力及对管道的侧压力引起,经研究该侧压力呈曲线分布。分析散料重力压力及由重力压力引起的侧压力在管道的分布情况,得到侧压力计算简化公式,并导出了运行阻力计算公式,为管道刮板输送机的设计提供理论依据。
The running resistance of pipeline scraper conveyor is mainly caused by bulk material gravity and lateral pressure on the pipeline, which shows a curve distribution after research. In the paper, the distribution of bulk material gravity pressure and side pressure caused by gravity pressure in the pipeline is analyzed, a simplified formula for calculating side pressure is obtained, and a calculation formula for operating resistance is derived, providing a theoretical basis for the design of pipeline scraper conveyor.
