摘要
随着交通基础设施建设,特别是地铁建设在城市化进程中所占比重的越来越大,由此产生的固体废弃物数量也不断上升,特别是地铁盾构技术的广泛采用,盾构渣土已成为发达城市固体废弃物的主要来源,对盾构渣土环保循环利用进行探讨研究就显得十分必要和迫切。通过对广州地铁18、22号线盾构区间的岩土取样,进行全面的原料物理、化学试验分析和进行配比小型试验,得出了盾构渣土可以制作烧结砖、盾构渣土固废循环利用制作新型墙材是可行的结论;并针对盾构渣土固有特性,给出了适应性工艺方案的推荐建议,提供了城市固废渣土处置新思路。
In this paper, through the sampling of geotechnical materials in the shield section of Guangzhou Metro Line No. 18 and No. 22, comprehensive physical and chemical tests and raw small-scale experiments are carried out, and it is concluded that shield muck can produce fired bricks, and it is feasible to use solid waste recycling to make new wall materials. According to the inherent characteristics of shield muck, the recommendations of adaptive process plan are given, and a new idea for urban solid waste residue disposal is provided.
