摘要
利用两部智能手机实现了三维物体面型的测量。使用数字图像技术制作了四张不同位相的正弦光栅图像用于四步移相投影条纹,一部手机将这一组光栅按相移递增顺序投影到三维物体表面,形成随物体表面起伏而变形的条纹;用另一部手机依次拍摄相应的条纹图像。采集得到的图像经过高斯滤波处理后计算出折叠位相,通过位相展开算法获得物体的三维面型高度数据。利用日常使用的智能手机使物体三维立体再现更加普及和便捷。技术进步可以实现只用一部手机完成这一工作。
Three-dimensional shape measurement is realized by using two smart phones.Four sinusoidal grating images with different phases have been fabricated by digital image technology for four-step phase-shifting projection stripes,a mobile phone projects this set of gratings in incremental phase-shift order onto the surface of a three-dimensional object,forming stripes that deform with the undulation of the object's surface;Use another mobile phone to photograph the corresponding stripe image in turn.The collected images are processed by Gaussian filtering;three-dimensional height data of objects are obtained by phase unwrapping algorithm.The use of a daily-used smart phones makes the three-dimensional reconstruction of objects more popular and convenient.Technological advances can be achieved with only one mobile phone.
