摘要
青岛作为典型的海滨山地城市,拥有丰富的山水资源,本文旨在构建青岛市生态重点保护片区评价指标体系,并基于体系得分情况提出各片区的功能定位及发展策略。主要研究方法为:基于青岛市域的用地现状,划定全域生态空间中的重点保护片区;继而在生态重点保护片区层面将市域的生态环境、生产空间和景观风貌作为综合评价指标体系的三个方面,选取片区中所有体现空间特征的要素作为评价片区得分指标,对各个片区进行评价,并按照评价指标体系对片区进行综合评分。基于得分情况确定各片区的发展定位,其中将胶南与大泽山片区定位为观光农园片区;大珠山和小珠山保护片区定位为休闲体验农业片区;崂山和城阳两个片区定位为都市农业片区。并基于片区的功能定位对总体的引导控制内容进行细化,以期对未来各重点保护区的生态空间引导、功能产业布局以及城乡景观营造提供规划依据。
        Tsingtao,as a typical coastal mountain city,is abundant in landscape resources. This paper aims at quantifying the ecological development on the basis of comprehensible consideration of the overall situation of each ecologically protected area in Tsingtao,sets up an evaluation index system for Tsingtao area,and put forward with specific function orientation and development strategy in the line with the score of the evaluation index system. The main research methods are as follows:based on the current land use situation in Tsingtao,defining the key protection area in the whole ecological space;Then,setting ecological environment,production space and landscape features as three aspects of the comprehensive evaluation index system in the ecological protection area,selecting all elements that can reflect the space characteristics as evaluation index to analyze area development status amd making comprehensive evaluation to determine the score of various areas,Based on the scores,this paper determines the functional positioning of each area. Therefore,Jiaonan and Daze mountain area are viewed as sightseeing agriculture garden areas,Dazhu Mountain and Xiaozhu Mountain areas are viewed as the leisure experience agriculture areas,and Laoshan and Chengyang are viewed as urban agriculture areas. And then propose overall control intervention strategies for each key protection regions based on the functional positioning,So as to provide planning basis for ecological space design,functional industrial layout and construction of urban and rural landscape of key protection area in the future.
