摘要

档案社会化是指在档案场域中,通过深化去中心化和推动公众参与,推动档案结构和社会关系不断重构的过程。论文在明确其内涵的基础上,从档案资源社会化、档案管理社会化、档案服务社会化的角度来分别对其具体表现进行描述,并指出档案社会化发展所带来的影响,包括档案理论的破坏性创新和档案工作的重新定位。
        Archival socialization means by strengthening decentralization and promoting participation to promote the constantly reconstruction of archival structure and social relationship.Based on the description of its meaning, this article presents the performances from three perspectives of socialization of archival resource, archive management and archive service. Meanwhile, it points out the impact of it on the disruptive innovation of archival theory and reposition of archival work.
