摘要
为开发有机生态育苗基质,同时实现底泥的堆肥资源化再利用,本研究将底泥堆肥产品与泥炭土和珍珠岩按6种不同比例混合,通过检测各处理基质中的养分含量,以及狗牙根草和凤仙花各项生长指标的变化,确定最优基质配方.结果表明:利用70%底泥堆肥+10%泥炭+20%珍珠岩的配方,狗牙根草播种第12天的发芽率达到89%,植株的鲜质量增加至0.14 g,株高增加至3.80 cm,植株叶面积增加至9.04 mm~2;凤仙花植株鲜质量由2.86 g增加至8.27 g,植株株高由8.00 cm增加至18.50 cm.
        In order to develop the organic ecological nursery substrate and realize the rational development and utilization of compost at the same time. the sludge compost products were mixed with peat and perlite in 6 different proportions.The optimal substrate formula was determined by measuring the nutrient content in the substrate, and the changes in plant morphology during the growing process of bermudagrass and Impatiens balsamina.The results showed that the germination rate of bermudagrass with 70% sediment compost +10% peat +20% perlite was 89% at the twelfth day, the fresh weight of plants increased to 0.14 g, the plant height increased to 3.80 cm, and the leaf area increased to 9.04 mm~2. The fresh weight of Impatiens balsamina increased from 2.86 g to 8.27 g, and plant height increased from 8.00 cm to 18.50 cm.
