石灰性土壤阳离子交换量的两种测定方法比较

摘要
本文采用氯化铵-乙酸铵离心交换法和乙酸钙法(淋洗法),分别测定土壤标准物质以及宁夏地区土壤阳离子交换量值并进行分析比对。结果表明:氯化铵-乙酸铵离心交换法和乙酸钙法(淋洗法)重现性都能达到方法要求;乙酸钙法(淋洗法)较氯化铵-乙酸铵离心交换法操作简单,节省人力物力,适合大批量石灰性土壤阳离子交换量的检测。
        In this paper, ammonium chloride-ammonium acetate centrifugal exchange method and calcium acetate method(elution method) were used to determine the cation exchange capacity of soil reference materials and soils in Ningxia. The results showed that the reproducibility of ammonium chloride-ammonium acetate centrifugal exchange method and calcium acetate method(elution method) could meet the requirements of the method, and there was no significant difference between the two methods. The washing method was simpler than the centrifugal exchange method of ammonium chloride-ammonium acetate, which saved manpower and material resources and was suitable for the detection of cation exchange capacity in large quantities of calcareous soil.
