摘要

绿色发展理念对特色小镇建设规划至关重要。特色小镇建设规划应该从树立绿色发展观念、完善绿色发展制度、维护绿色生态安全、优化绿色发展环境,形成节约资源和保护环境的绿色发展空间格局、产业结构、生产方式、生活方式等方面,推进小城镇健康的绿色"生态圈"。
        The concept of green development is crucial to the planning of a characteristic town. The construction plan of characteristic towns should establish a green development concept, improve the green development system, maintain green ecological security, optimize the green development environment, and form a green development spatial pattern, industrial structure, production mode and lifestyle that conserves resources and protects the environment, and then promote a healthy green "ecological circle" for small towns.
