摘要
简述了在餐饮业的快速发展中所带来的餐饮业油烟污染问题,介绍了餐饮业油烟污染的形成过程及其对个人身体和周围环境所带来的严重危害。目前主要是通过餐饮油烟净化器对餐饮油烟进行有效的治理,依据GB 18483-2001 《饮食业油烟排放标准》和DB 31/844-2014 《饮食业油烟排放标准》的检测方法对餐饮油烟净化器进行检测,同时分析了在对餐饮油烟净化器进行检测的过程中油烟排放浓度的不确定度评定方法,并对油烟排放浓度及其分量都进行了不确定度评定。
        The problem of smoke pollution in the catering industry brought by the rapid development of the catering industry was briefly described. The formation process of the cooking fume pollution in the catering industry and its serious harm to the individual's body and surrounding environment were introduced. It was mainly to effectively control the cooking fume through the cooking fume purifier. The cooking fume purifier was detected according to the test method of GB 18483-2001 Fume Discharge Standard for Catering Industry and DB 31/844-2014 Fume Emission Standard for Catering Industry. The uncertainty evaluation method of cooking fume emission concentration was analyzed,and the uncertainty of cooking fume concentration and its component was evaluated.
