摘要
针对左拔矿区南组属难采的密集型矿脉带,根据其复杂的开采技术条件,优化选择中深孔崩矿崩落法开采,确定了采场结构、工程布置和工艺流程,优先考虑排距、孔底距等影响爆破效果的主要参数,控制矿石爆破大块率,提高采装运效率,降低损失与贫化率,使矿石成本比原留矿法更低。在复杂空区群下实现了采矿方法转型,为充分利用不可再生的宝贵资源,奠定了坚实基础,对类似矿山具有借鉴意义。
        In regard to the difficulties and complex conditions for intensive metal veins mining in south part of Zuoba mining area, mid-deep hole caving mining method is selected. Stope structure, engineering arrangement pattern and technological processes are determined. Main parameters, such as the space and distance from the hole-bottom,which influence blasting effect are optimized. Its ore production cost is lower than that of original shrinkage method by controlling explosive specific charge, improving the efficiency of mining, ore-drawing as well as transport, and reducing loss and depletion rates. The transformation of mining method is achieved under the complex empty cluster,which makes a solid foundation for making full use of non-renewable and valuable resources. It's also a useful reference for similar mines.
