一株不动杆菌聚磷菌的除磷效果研究

摘要
研究在污水中筛出的一株不动杆菌,通过生理生化指标检测对菌株进行鉴定,为了保证菌株达到最佳除磷效率,探究了菌株生长各项条件:pH、初始磷浓度、碳源以及碳氮比,同时将菌株和活性污泥进行48h除磷效率对比。结果表明:通过电镜观察和异染颗粒及PHB颗粒染色结合16SrDNA序列同源性比对确定其为不动杆菌聚磷菌,RW菌除磷的最佳pH为7,初始磷浓度为8.7~14.8mg/L,碳氮比为5,碳源可选择醋酸钠和柠檬酸钠,且RW菌除磷效率好于活性污泥。
        A strain of acinetobacter screened in sewage was identified by physiological and biochemical tests. In order to ensure the best phosphorus removal efficiency of the strain, the growth conditions of the strain including pH, initial phosphorus concentration, carbon source and carbon nitrogen ratio, were explored. Meanwhile, the phosphorus removal efficiency of the strain and the activated sludge was compared for 48 hours. The results showed that it was identified as acinetobacter by electron microscopic observation, staining of heterochromatic granules and PHB granules and homology comparison of 16 SrDNA sequence. And the optimum pH for phosphorus removal by RW bacteria is 7, initial phosphorus concentration is 8.7~14.8 mg/L, C/N ratio is 5. Sodium acetate and sodium citrate can be selected as carbon sources, and the phosphorus removal efficiency of RW bacteria is better than that of activated sludge.
