摘要
采用循环伏安法制备聚L-赖氨酸/石墨烯修饰电极,用扫描电镜对该电极进行表征.以此电极为工作电极,对亚硝酸盐的电化学行为进行研究,建立测定亚硝酸盐的新方法.实验结果表明,在最佳测定条件下,使用循环伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法测定亚硝酸盐,分别在0.887 V和0.800 V处出现一个氧化峰.其浓度在7.50×10-6~1.00×10-3mol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为5.0×10-7mol/L.采用差分脉冲伏安法测定食品中的亚硝酸盐,结果令人满意.
        The poly(L-lysine/graphene)modified electrode was successfully prepared by cyclic voltammetry.The electrode was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The electrochemical behavior of nitrite was studied using this electrode as working electrode,and a new method for the determination of nitrite was established. The experimental results show that under the optimal conditions,there is an oxidation peak at0.887 V and 0.800 V for the determination of nitrite by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. The concentration showed a good linear relationship in the range of 7.50×10-6~1.00×10-3 mol/L,and the detection limit was 5.0×10-7 mol/L. The determination of nitrite in food by differential pulse voltammetry was satisfactory.
