摘要
研究垃圾渗透液对新疆某提纯膨润土膨胀指数的影响,并通过ICP、COD、FTIR和XRD分析膨胀指数变化机理。试验结果表明,经垃圾渗透液处理后,膨润土膨胀指数最低为5.5 mL/g;垃圾渗透液ICP测试表明,Na、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu元素含量从2 399.40 mg/L、1 579.31mg/L、308.32 mg/L、141.95 mg/L、31.65 mg/L、0.41 mg/L、0.09 mg/L分别降低至1 553.02mg/L、1 201.44 mg/L、15.00 mg/L、74.75 mg/L、11.14 mg/L、0.16mg/L、0.02 mg/L;COD去除率达82.2%;FTIR测试表明,处理后H-O-H伸缩振动峰发生偏移,1 429.19 cm-1处出现氨基酸特征峰;XRD测试表明经膨润土处理后,垃圾渗透液中无机离子与有机物进入蒙脱石的层间域,使蒙脱石d001层间距增大。膨润土膨胀指数降低的主要原因是垃圾渗透液和膨润土中的蒙脱石矿物发生了相互作用。
        The effect of landfill leachate on the swelling index of bentonite in Xinjiang, and the mechanism of expansion index change was analyzed by ICP, COD, FTIR and XRD. The test results showed that the bentonite expansion index was 5.5 mL/g after treatment with landfill leachate; ICP test of landfill leachate showed that the contents of Na, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn and Cu were from 2 399.40 mg/L, 1 575.31 mg/L, 308.32 mg/L, 141.95 mg/L, 31.65 mg/L, 0.41 mg/L, 0.09 mg/L decreased to 1 553.02 mg/L, 1 201.44 mg/L, 15.00 mg/L, 74.75 mg/L, 11.14 mg/L, 0.16 mg/L, 0.02 mg/L; COD removal rate was 82.2%; FTIR test showed that the H-O-H stretching vibration peak shifted after treatment, and the amino acid characteristic peak appeared at 1 429.19 cm-1; XRD test showed after the landfill leachate being treated, the inorganic ions and organic matter in the landfill leachate entered the interlayer domain of the montmorillonite, and the spacing of the smectite d001 layer was increased. These indicate that the main reason for the decrease in the swelling index of bentonite is the interaction of the landfill leachate and the montmorillonite in bentonite.
