摘要
焦油装车尾气因含苯类、萘、氨、焦油等物质,逸散排出后不仅污染环境,而且严重危害人体健康。针对尾气洗涤吸附工艺所存在的设备故障率多、处理效率低、密封性差等问题,按照源头控制、过程控制理念,采用"焦油低温装车+尾气全密封收集+洗涤吸收处理"工艺对焦油车尾气进行集中处理。通过改变尾气收集方式、降低焦油装车温度、调整洗涤工艺等措施,经煤气净化工艺处理后的污染物浓度得到了有效降低,满足排放标准要求,同时原辅料消耗也同步降低,年可节约成本50万元。
        Tar loading tail gas contains benzene, naphthalene, ammonia, tar and other substances, which not only pollutes the environment, but also seriously endangers human health. Aiming at the high equipment failure, low treatment efficiency and poor sealing of tail gas scrubbing and adsorption process, according to the concept of source control and process control, the process of "low temperature loading of tar + full sealing collection of tail gas + washing and absorption treatment" was adopted to treatment the tar vehicles gas. By changing the collection method of tail gas, lowering the tar loading temperature and adjusting the washing process, the pollutants concentration after gas purification process has been effectively reduced, meeting the requirements of emission standards, and the consumption of raw materials and accessories has also been synchronously reduced. The annual cost can be saved by 0.5 million yuan.
