摘要

当前,在国家污染处理工作中,污水处理占据重要地位,因此,社会各界越来越关注各城市污水处理厂的建设工程质量。在开展污水处理厂项目建设过程中,施工企业应该重点考虑的问题就是采用何种管理模式才能保证污水处理厂的施工质量和效率。本文具体分析了项目管理模式在污水处理厂建设过程中的具体应用,希望为国内相似工程提供借鉴和参考。
        At present, sewage treatment plays an important role in national pollution treatment. Therefore, all sectors of society are paying more and more attention to the quality of construction projects of sewage treatment plants in various cities. In the process of constructing a sewage treatment plant project, the construction company should focus on the management model to ensure the construction quality and efficiency of the sewage treatment plant. This paper specifically analyzes the specific application of the project management mode in the construction of sewage treatment plants, and hopes to provide a reference for similar projects in China.
