国内外含油污泥处置标准现状及建议

摘要
含油污泥最终处置方式主要有:填埋、土地利用、筑路、水泥窑协同处置(焚烧)等,据此制定不同的处置标准。以含油污泥中的重金属含量(Cu、Hg、Cd、Cr、Pb、Zn、Ni)和含油量为研究指标,分析比较中国、欧盟、美国、加拿大、日本等国的含油污泥处置标准,针对国内标准存在问题提出建议,为制定符合国情的含油污泥处置标准提供参考。
        The final disposal methods of oily sludge mainly include landfill,land use,road construction,cement kiln co-disposal(incineration),etc.,for each method different disposal standards are formulated. Taking the heavy metal content(Cu,Hg,Cd,Cr,Pb,Zn,Ni) and oil content in oily sludge as the research indicators,this paper analyzed and compared the oil sludge disposal standards in China,the European Union,the United States,Canada,Japan and other countries,and then supposed recommendations for problems existing in domestic standards,to boost the formulation of oil sludge disposal standards fitting national conditions.
