摘要
以三峡库区为例,探讨以保障水域功能区水质安全为首要目标的部分基于水环境容量的污染物总量分配方法。介绍了该方法的分配原则和步骤,并以典型支流大宁河的饮用水水源地控制单元为实例,介绍通过计算污染带长度判断其对取水口影响来确定控制单元总量的方法。
Taking Three Gorges Reservoir Area as an example,the total pollutant load allocation method with water quality safety as the primary objective is discussed. The allocation principle and steps of this method are introduced. Taking the control unit of the drinking water source of the typical tributary Daning River as an example,total pollutant load allocation method by calculating the length of pollution zone to determine its impact on intake is introduced.
