摘要
针对某单纵臂悬架矿用汽车样车在试验的过程中出现纵臂断裂的情况,对前桥纵臂断裂进行了理论分析,并利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对处于动态冲击下的前桥纵臂的受力变形情况进行了研究分析,得到了满载工况、动态左转向至极限工况、动态右转向至极限工况的应力应变特性。根据应力应变分析结果,对单纵臂悬架进行了结构改进。仿真结果表明,改进后的结构是合理的。
Aiming at the fracture of longitudinal in the process of prototype test of the single-longitudinal arm of the mining truck,theoretical analysis of the fracture of the front axle longitudinal arm was conducted,ABAQUS was applied to analyze the deformation of longitudinal arm of the front axle under dynamic impact,and the stress and strain characteristics of full load working condition,dynamic left turning to limit working condition and dynamic right turning to limit working condition were obtained.Based on the stress and strain analysis results,the structure of the single-longitudinal arm suspension was improved. The simulation results show that the improved structure is reasonable.
