摘要
水资源短缺矛盾在电力生产过程中日益突出,为全面了解电厂实施节水策略,本文以某燃煤电厂实施废水"零排放"为例,通过废水"零排放"水平衡测试,对全厂废水"零排放"的节水效果进行分析评价,结果表明:燃煤电厂通过实施全厂废水"零排放"等水专项技改,将电厂各类废水分类、分质处理和回收综合利用,不仅保护了水环境,而且节省约38%生产用水成本。
        The contradiction of water resources shortage is becoming more and more prominent in the pro-cess of electric power production. In order to fully understand the implementation of water saving strategy inpower plants,this paper takes a coal-fired power plant to implement "zero discharge" of wastewater as anexample,and passes the test of water balance of "zero discharge" of wastewater. The water saving effect of "zero discharge" of wastewater in coal-fired power plant is analyzed and evaluated. The results show that allkinds of wastewater in coal-fired power plant can be classified,treated by quality and comprehensively uti-lized by means of special water technical reform, such as "zero discharge" of wastewater from the wholeplant. It not only protects the water environment,but also saves about 38% of the production water cost.
